All of a sudden my period has become waaaay lighter than it was but it's starting to last 7 days instead of my usual 4, but the last 3 days is just spotting nothing even worth using a pad for. This has never happened before and I'm not sure why. Ive also had a sudden onset of pms symptoms that I've never had before. Extreme bloated mess and cramping. I am 20 years old and have been having my period since I was 13 and it's always been the same and very regular.
