Money/boyfriend

So I don't have any paid maternity leave, my boyfriend and I are supposed to be saving money. So far he hasn't saved anything he's just taken money out of our saving! Now tonight he's at the bar drinking with his dad, been there since 5:30, and can't get a hold of him! He keeps telling me he's going to put money in the safe and hasn't, but the baby comes in 4 months! Tonight he's out drinking spending money we don't have! So mad! Do I have a right to be upset or is it hormonal!
