helppppp BC struggles and tmi maybe?

I've been on Lo Estrin FE 1/20 for about a month now (almost done with my sugar pills.)

I was supposed to be a "Sunday starter" but didn't have the meds on me (got stuck at work) so started Monday.

About 2 weeks in I started spotting, or at least what I think was spotting. It was usually dark in color and not too heavy, but it was definitely there. This has gone on and off since then. My period is now 4 days late based off of my normal cycle, I know the meds can mess with things though.

I've had unprotected sex a few times (after waiting a week) and used the pull out method those times. Yet I'm still scared I could be pregnant? But if I've been spotting consistently that's not the case right?
