Headaches/tired every day
I have been taking ibuprofen every single night around 8:00 because I get a headache every day around this time for the past week. It's more like an exhausted headache. I'm pretty tired and feel like taking a nap but I'm not one to take naps... after I take it I feel a lot better, along with a shower.
I've been working out pretty consistently for the past 5 months and this whole week I haven't had the energy to go by the time I get out of work at 7:00. I am getting enough sleep... I go to sleep anywhere between 12:00-1am and I wake up at 9:00 or 9:30. Still by 6:00pm-ish I am so exhausted.
What's going on? Should I go to the doctor? I'm hesitant because I don't have health insurance and I overreact to a lot of things but this is not in my imagination lol I am actually getting these headaches every single night...
