6 weeks tomorrow / brown discharge

I went to the bathroom a couple times earlier and on two seperate occasions that were about an hour and a half apart , had brown discharge when I wiped.

I've had dull cramping on and off since before I got my bfp and went to doctors. The dr said this was just my uterus growing but now I'm just worrying 🙄😒 should I be super concerned or am I just paranoid ?
