Back pain and period cramps but no regular contractions?

I start having lower back pain and cramps last night. The back pain is awful, but not unbearable. The cramps are come from my lower belly, they are not hurt but sore and feel heavy. 
I managed sleep ok last night, but the pain the persist today. 
I don't have regular contractions or belly tightness. But feel very uncomfortable.

Ladies, do you think I should concern about it? I'm 25w 2 days. I will have a regular check up next Wednesday. Should I wait until then to see my docotor? They do not open during the weekend. I can only go to the ER if needed. 😫

If you have had plenty of water and still have cramps I would def go..at this point they don't feel like full blown contractions because your uterus isn't as big..you could have a UTI with the lower back pain also which could cause pre term labor..if it's still going on I would go

Hi! Sorry to hear you're in so much pain... I hope this gives you some relief. I went into the ER about 2 weeks ago for the same exact thing except I had also been vomiting as well. My back was having spasms and it was just awful. After spending hours in labor and delivery the head doctor came in just to tell me she was just head butting me into my uterus (since she's already head down and super low it felt like I was going into labor). I would say you are okay for the weekend but defiantly try to get in with the doctor on Monday morning 😊
