Hi everyone! My husband and I are TTC. We've been married for 3 years and we're both graduating with our bachelors' next year so we thought it would be a good idea to try starting our family now. I'll have a gap year between undergrad and dental school so I'm planning to hopefully have that year with the baby, a luxury I won't have once I'm in dental school. I find that when I talk about baby stuff his excitement just isn't there even though he assures me this is what he wants. He's just kind of absent from the convo. He's a great guy, we're both academically oriented so it's not like he's a dead beat but I just wish he was as involved as I am. Am I being unrealistic? How did your partners behave during the process?
