do people drive like this everywhere?

I've been driving for a while now but I'm learning all over again here, mostly defensive driving I guess you can say. I can't count on one hand how many times someone has pulled out right smack infront of me and oncoming traffic and I had to slam on my breaks so I didn't hit them like they don't even care to look they just pull out. I had a friend that died from doing that and they only hit her going 45mph and it killed her instantly on impact. I'm trying not to kill you people. I flat out watched someone run a red light and smash into a pole. They were okay, his truck not so much. People will stop in the middle of intersections for no reason and hold up traffic. I think the people I drive with every day are either drunk or mentally incompetent. Are you trying to die people because that's how you die. And it depends on the day too, it's worse in the middle of the week when everyone I guess is tired. Is it like this everywhere? Is this just the city? I live in okc too addie lol I know exactly what you're saying.
