71 days since last AF

Ok its been 71 days since last AF .last night i had spotting after me and my partner had intercose whent to the bathroom and wiped off bright red very light small amount no pain at all but gone this morning it was very light and bright red.i have an idea why but would like to hear from you what you think havent tested yet.it may be egg implantation when i usually get my period it does not start with spoting it starts all of a sudden full throttle and cramps. Could this be egg implantation. My period has been gone for so long
