Well I finally took the plunge and expressed to my doctor how bad my depression has gotten, and I'm so glad I did.  She started me on Zoloft today, so I'm hoping it really helps!!  I want to enjoy my last few months of pregnancy fully without these awful hormones messing with my every thought!  Anyone who has taken this before, did you physically notice a difference after it kicked in?
