I really like this guy and he always seems to be flirting. I need y'alls opinions on it, because I don't know if it is flirting/he likes me or not. 

He always stares at me and talks to me, but never texts first. A lot of times he will poke me or pull my hair, and other times it will be full on play fighting.  He pretty much touches me every time he sees me and usually ends up tickling me or something like that. He always calls my name so I'll see him in really awkward positions (I.e. He was twerking one day messing around and called my name to get my attention). We haven't really ever been friends in the past and he literally started doing this stuff the first time we saw each other.
