I have recently been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. Up until 3 days ago I hadn't had any bleeding in 16 months. I have now started bleeding VERY lightly but bleeding all the same! I am also in severe back pain and stomach cramps are very intense. I'm afraid there's something really wrong, I could just be being paranoid because it's been so long. Anyone in a similar situation or can even give me any advice 😭
