TTC with fibromyalgia is frustrating

Sooo because the weather has been fucky where I live, my body has been killing me and I can't pinpoint any distinguishing characteristics because it could be a knockout out between AF nd the Fibro Hoe lol I have 6 days until I can test nd I'm not all that crazy cus I'm doubtful, but hoping for the best!
