is it possible that I'm pregnant?!

My period is late my 5 days and I'm experiencing all kind of weird symptoms. My nipples are extremely sensitive and mybreast are sore, I keep getting these weird pain but they always go away and my stomach feel upset. From time to time I get heart burn and intergestion. and I'm discharging a lot. Today I realized I'm starting to get the first symtoms of a yeast infection. I know I'm all over but can someone give me some glue to what I might be dealing with.
