Need help. REALLY confused

Hi my name is Brianna I'm 21 just have birth to my first child, a baby girl, a month ago my post-pregnancy bleeding has stopped (I think). Now I have cramps and spotting that's looks more like blood. Could this be my period coming back or something else?
