Zantac 150?

Who has taken Zantac 150? I'm really scared it'll harm my baby I didn't take medicine throughout my whole pregnancy but this heartburn is getting ridiculous

I was told to take the 75. I put off taking it for the longest time and just at 37 weeks I gave in when the tums quit working. I've taken it with my other pregnancies too.

I'm 6 weeks and take it twice or once a day depending on the pain..also been taking one zofran a day the last two days bevause iv been bedridden for the past week throwing up 3 times a day not able to eat..tonight I ate a Thanksgiving dinner plate!!!!

My doc said Zantac 150 twice a day is fine. You can also take it (or a lower dose) once a day with Prilosec. My doctor actually recommended Prilosec over Zantac or taking them together. Taking them together really helps.

I have Zantac 300mg b/c my heartburn is so bad it makes me throw up!

I got prescription from my doctor but she wouldn't give it to me until 28 weeks it's a category B drug which is safe for pregnant women

I've been taking it since I found out I was pregnant because I've always had problems with acid reflux & heartburn. Sometimes I take 150mg twice a day, I'm 17 weeks now & baby's perfectly healthy. My obgyn is the one who put me on it. Without it I don't know what id do. Lol
