What does this look like to you? Heat rash? How do I treat?

I had a rash too about 2 weeks ago, currently 34 now! I just used cortisone cream for 3 days and it cleared up.

Are you having a boy? Does it itch? I had a rash on my belly that looked like that and it turned out to be because I was having a boy and my body wasn't use to the male hormones so it made me break out and super itchy. It's abbreviated as PPPS or something like that. This may sound weird, but I was babysitting my friends baby and used her butt rash medicine ( just a little bit) on it and it went away the next day.

My daughter had this it was prickly heat rash.

Looks like it could be eczema. Or it could be a heat rash. Or an allergic reaction to something. We really have no way of knowing. How old is your baby? That would depend on the type of meds and how much to give him. Put some lotion on him. I'd call the on call pediatrician though and see what they say and then schedule an appt on Monday.
