What to do before being induced?!

Just curious what all you ladies did before going to the hospital and being induced? I've heard mixed things on eating beforehand and how the doctors have told you to "prep" before coming in

I started getting regular contractions the night before getting induced so I didn't eat anything and oh boy a regret. I spent 26 hours in labor without eating because they wouldn't allow it. It was the worst pain of my life but I love my new baby

Eat! I went for a doctor's appointment at 8. Had peanut butter crackers before it and they sent me to l&d to monitor me and decided to induce me at about 12 and I didn't have my LO until 2:02 the next morning. I feel like if I had eaten I would have had more strength to make it thru.
