Seat opinions please!

Let me try this again. I'm looking for a high chair-esq seat I can strap onto a chair but also is stable enough to use freely on top of the counter. I'm considering the Bumbo Multi or Ingenuity. My son is 4 mo old and is 18 lbs. While awesome, I DO NOT want the Fisher Price Sit Me Up!
