FTM here. ;) is this milk or colostrum?

I had a shallow latcher tear my nipples to shreds in the hospital. I pumped colostrum for 2 days and then my milk came in. The colostrum looked like cheese flavored milk lol.

Colostrum, are you pregnant or PP if so how long ago did you have baby

If it looks like "liquid gold" (such as your picture) then it's colostrum, your milk will be white. And as your milk comes in your colostrum will get lighter and lighter as it's being mixed with the milk that is coming in
