baby station in pelvis.

Okay so I went to L&D for contractions yesterday and when being checked the doctor said I was 4CM and 70% effaced (I've been 90% at all my other exams but it's subject to the doctor) and she said baby was at +3 station, but I wasn't in labor. Do you think she meant -3 and just said the wrong thing. Because isn't +3 like baby is about to crown? Like I know I've dropped and all but +3 station doesn't sound right to me..... so do you guys think she might of just said the wrong thing on accident. I'm 36 weeks today and baby could be here any day.
