My daughter is now 5 days old and I'm wondering if I should give her a bath? She had one in the hospital but has been home for a few days now. I know she isn't supposed to be submerged in water until her umbilical cord falls off, so I was thinking of wiping her down with a soapy washcloth then rinsing with warm water and washing her hair. The thing is I'm scared to do it. I know she's going to scream! Any tips and tricks that will make the process go more smoothly? Any help is appreciated!!
