IVF/ICSI with 1 follicle
Hello ART sisters! I am 40 and TTC#1. Very low AMH and high FSH. Now on first round of IVF with high dose Gonal F (450IU), letrozole. CD 9 ultrasound showed only 1 maturing follicle. RE says we are lucky to have 1 given my numbers and we are going to proceed with trigger and egg retrieval. Just want to know if anyone has had a similar experience and ended up with BFP.
