I don't think of hickeys as trashy unless they are HUGE and look like you just got freaking hit by a car. Small ones here and there are sexy and remind you of that special someone.. but I mean, if your neck looks like road kill... I would say that's a little trashy.

It depends on who gave them to you. If your husband or boyfriend gave you them I don't view that as trashy. Anyone else gave them to you then to me it is. And if they are huge and all over where people can see them, then it looks kinda bad (that's my opinion) I understand if you don't agree.
