Is a rubber ducky theme considered gender neutral?

Question

So I'm 20 weeks and still don't know my baby's gender due to my baby not cooperating. I want to do rubber ducky theme but I feel like if it's gender neutral or if I find out my baby is a girl a week before that the blue will totally clash with the gender. I was thinking just to do the centerpiece blue and keep everything white and yellow until 25 weeks when we can hopefully see the gender with a 3D ultrasound. What do you think?

My husbands cousin did "Winnie the pooh" theme through and through. She didn't find out the gender till birth and her nursery is gorgeous. Just another idea if you're mulling things over. 
I don't find out the gender till Thursday but I think I'm falling in love with gender neutral Dumbo things. I found a dumbo watercolor painting that set me into this ( let's call it  an adorable.... )obsession with Dumbo.  I even have an elephant night light that changes colors.
