I want to know what kind of hobbies you guys have or ways to chill out after a hard day. My mans ex fiancé started working at the same place he does and it makes me feel ansy and uncomfortable. So everyday I have started to go running and now I feel like a total badass superwoman and I do t feel insecure anymore, and when I do, I go for a run and feel so much better about myself:) what do you guys do as hobbies or to help with mental health?
