What could this be I woke up the next day with this out of no where can it be spider bites ? I have it in my 2 feets and it's a lot of red dots

Bed bugs are big bites that usually are done in a row of 3. And usually on your back, stomach, more fatty areas for higher blood volume. Fleas usually get a little bigger as well this looks exactly like scabies

To me triggers if i spelled it right...the spread and get under your skin you have to like bleach them out and wash your things properally or u can spread them. Its not a spider bite bc each spot would have 2 wholes as a pair of veins.

Bed bugs are much bigger. That looks like chiggers. Not much you can do but get hydrocortisone to put on it.
