Has anyone gotten acne on the stretch marks on thier stomach while pregnant?

I had a big boil type pimple on one of my stretch marks the other day on the spot exactly where i felt this strange pinch kind like the implantation pinch. 😯

I read some women get a thing called PUPPs while prego but i dont think thats what i have...

Anyone have pimples where they think they implanted?

Or has anyone has these on stretch marks even whilst not pregnant? 😓

Im so confused because idk if the pinch i had eas because it was the boil forming or because thats where a possible baby implanted....
