Do Storks Still Deliver?

So my boyfriend of 4 years and I really want a baby and to start a family and whatnot, but I'm a college student and he works. I'm tearing myself apart with anxiousness because I cannot begin to tell you how badly we want our first little one. Any suggestions on what to do?

Okay I just read in another post of yours that you are 18 and still a virgin. Don't have a freaking baby.

Baby's are really hard work, wait until you actually feel ready and don't also have the work and stress from going to college and taking exams.

I also had major baby fever at some point in my life and I started babysitting a lot to help me cope with all those feelings. Many that's something that will work for you too and it will also earn you some extra cash. You could also look into a big brother/big sister program to get more kids in your life.

I actually have become a fulltime nanny now and I love my job. However, I am totally OVER my baby fever. Now that I experience on a daily basis what hard work it really is to have and properly raise kids I even became child free. I love my kids but I am also so, so happy to come home everyday to a clean and quiet home where I can do whatever I want.

Try to look not only at that cute little baby you don't have and can't cuddle but try to appreciate the freedom you have while you wait and finish college. Future you ánd your future child will be thankful later. Not only for the better career opportunities but also for the good example.

My heart wants you to be happy and have the family of your dreams, but I'm an extremely practice person. I'm sure with work and college, depending on his job, finances may need to be taken into consideration. And with your busy schedules, the cost of sitters as well. If you feel stable enough while still in college, by all means. My advice is to think of how much happier you could be having a kid with complete stability and time as opposed to while you're still trying to get your life in line for your perfect future. ❤️ But ultimately do what makes you happy. That's just my two cents. Lol
