belly rumbling while he's eating?!?
My baby is 5 days old and when he eats and right after his belly is super noisy gurgling. (Strictly breastfed). He doesn't seem upset by it. He does fart a lot (takes after his dad😂) but he's generally not fussy. Is this normal?
