Hi ladies, I had unprotected sex with my other half the day after my period ended. This was one week ago. Since that night I have had aches in my lower abdomen, dull but noticeable and also the occasional pain in either the left or right side (guessing ovaries?) Also dull ache in lower back. Now, I know that having sex at that stage in the cycle means it's unlikely to fall pregnant and you also wouldn't necessarily feel physical symptoms that quickly. But I never have these aches after my period has ended. What else could it be? An infection of some sort? Or an actual problem maybe? Any advice or experiences are greatly received xx
