Pain in hips and legs. Help??

Question

Woke up this morning with such bad pain in both hips going all the way to my heels. Anyone else going through this? And is there anything I can do to alleviate some of this pain??

Its probably your sciatic nerves its very common in pregnancy. Something that helps me is to take  a tennis ball and place it on the floor and lay your hip over it and massage the aria or get one of thos foam rollers and do the same thing. Other than that there is not really much you can do.
