My body aches so badly. Everything hurts and I haven't done anything to make myself sore. My left ovary is in so much pain and I have horrible cramps that radiate through my back. I've also been super nauseous. I had what I thought was a period about a week ago and I'm apparently 2 days before my fertile window. I've heard these could be ovulation symptoms but I've never had any of this before. Something in me is telling me I need to buy a test, even though I know it's a waste of money because I had a period. Has anyone had these symptoms and bleeding in early pregnancy?
