Pain...

Last night I tarted having a very sharp pain on one side of me where the ovaries are located at (right side). I want to know if it had something to do with my sexual activities, body system, or what? I have been TTC for a long while but it hasn't happened. Could that have something to do with it? Any tips/advise would help as well.
