Missed fertile window?

Yesterday and today, i have had more than usual discharge. Its been wet and slippery with some stretch. I can stretch it about an inch before it breaks. Yesterday was a little cloudy and today has been clear and more abundant. Could I have missed my window or could i be peaking today? Help!
