Bleeding after period. What is going on??

So I started my period on the 14th. And ended it on the 20th. On the 21st I had bloody eqqwhite cm, and when me and my fiance BD it was a bloody mess. So then yesterday when I woke up I checked my Cm and there was a ton of brown egg white cm. And then me and my fiance BD last night and it was a mess again with bright red blood. And now this morning I woke up and went to the bathroom and when I wiped it's bloody with a little clot in it and egg white cm. And made some light drops in the toilet. Also I was taking vitex for 3 months and was taking 3 capsules everyday the past 3 months just recently last week I started only taking 1 capsule every morning to wean myself off of it. And now I'm not going to take any. What the heck is going on??? Why would I be bleeding still since the 14th?
