CM...confused

I'm pretty confused about my CM, I'm currently day 7 of my cycle and have a small amount of clearly stretchy CM. what does this mean?

I usually get a lot of this type of CM about two weeks before AF arrives, along with a shed load of cramps 🙄

So confused with all this CM jazz!!
