I am a FTM and will be 40 weeks this Wednesday the 26th. My dr was going to schedule me for an induction if baby still had not come by 41 weeks. Well the hospital will not schedule any inductions next week because half their staff will be at training. So it's either get induced this Thursday ( I would be 40+1) or wait until 42 weeks. My dr would prefer I not go until 42 weeks because of the risks. I have to decide today what to do. I should also mention at my last week appointment I had no dilation, nor have I had any contractions or signs at all of labor!  I don't know what to do and am stressing out. I really would like this baby to come on her own now so I could avoid this decision all together! Any advice??
