How long after you get pregnant does implantation bleeding happen ? While at work today I bled for a couple hours , not heavy but enough to cover my underwear in blood .... Then I stopped and I haven't bled again, I'm not having any period pains it any cramping . My period isn't due for another 8 days . Could it be implantation bleeding or could it be something else?
