ewcm after ovulation?

I typically get a healthy amount of ewcm during the fertile window and then dry up. This time, I got the ewcm per usual and then around 4-5dpo I got a ton of watery cm mixed with ewcm. To the point that I felt like I was peeing my pants. It lasted for 2 days and then disappeared. Has anyone had that happen? If so, what was the outcome? I had a miscarriage in May but never had the bizarre two days of extreme cm in the tww. Just trying to decide what that was all about! Thoughts?
