I need break up advice
My boyfriend broke up with me last night and I literally went insane. Crying, screaming, throwing things and honestly contemplating suicide. I had to go to my therapist this morning because all I wanted to do was crash my car into a tree. Can someone please help me? I have no idea what I'm doing.
