should I file a noise complaint?

I don't want to be the bitchy pregnant lady but my neighbors kids play the music so loud that it shakes our walls! Usually I just bang on the wall or go over and ask them to turn it down, and they do. But they just start all over the next day. I really don't want this to be an issue when baby is here but I also don't want to be the one to call the cops or complain to management. But seriously this is getting ridiculous.

I feel like I shouldn't have to be talking to them everyday about the music. They're teenagers and the parents are NEVER home. It's so annoying. What would you do?

I would have a talk with the parents, first. Don't mention anything about filing a complaint. They likely have zero idea how bad it is. Give them a chance to correct the problem. I'm sure when you say this cannot continue when the baby arrives (lordy, forget how miserable you are NOW!) They'll infer that  you'll need to do something more drastic if they don't do something now.

Complain to management. You don't know what temperament the parents have and it could be dangerous for you to confront them. If you go to management they don't know who complained and I'm sure they'll just get a warning to start off
