Discharge...? Urine infection

I think I might have a urine infection, well I know I do, it hurts when I pee. But recently sometimes when I pee I get a really bad stinging sensation and when I wipe there snot like discharge on the paper, more often than not it's yellow and blood tinged, ocassionally clear though, it's obvious from the pain I feel that it's coming from my urethra, anyone else ever experienced this?
