So my baby girl is just barely 4days old now at 4:39pm today. She is exclusively breastfed and hasn't had a poopy diaper since Saturday night. It's really starting to concern me. Is this normal?  Her other poop diapers were still black and tarry. My milk finally came in today so I'm hoping it'll trigger her to poop soon....we have her first pediatric appointment tomorrow morning and I'll ask him them but figured I'd ask y'all in the meantime.
