shortness of breath ???

Anyone else feeling short of breath? I'm 32 weeks & 5 days I can barely breathe at night time it's so hard to get comfortable 😩 any suggestions I just want to try to sleep

Try a little yoga to stretch and give baby and your lungs some room in the evenings after dinner or close to bedtime. Look up cat/cow pose and other poses that are good for prenatal. I feel they're pretty helpful!

Omg yes! If I lay on my side and make sure I am propped up so I'm not laying too flat that seems to help. And if I even roll over halfway on to my back I feel like I'm suffocating! I have a hard time during the day too.. I'm an optometrist assistant and I have found lately going over patients medical histories or explaining procedures leaves me gasping for breath.. I sound like I just ran a mile not like I am sitting in an exam room typing on the computer!
