Paranoid

Does anyone else sometimes get paranoid that their SO is cheating on them? It's not like I actually think he is, or that I have any suspicions or reasons to believe that he is. But it's like sometimes at night I'll be lying in bed and think like "oh my god what if he's cheating on me?" And I know that it's just me being paranoid lol. I've had really bad issues with being cheated on in the past, and I have trust issues as well so that's probably why. Does anyone else ever just get paranoid like that?
