What is the very first symptom of pregnancy??

Besides a missed period what is the first sign to know when you have a bun in the oven. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex three days before my period and I had a normal period but then two weeks later I'm having cramps like crazy... Could cramps be the first sign before a missed period!???. btw I'm trying to conceive

Honestly, it's different for everyone. The only true "symptom" I had was a hormonal, emotional meltdown - it felt like a typical PMS overreaction but lo and behold, I was pregnant. I didn't have ANY other symptoms until days after my first positive result, when I had light implantation bleeding and cramping.
