Pregnancy Mastitis

So I recently was diagnosed as having mastitis and I'm about 10 weeks pregnant. My last pregnancy was 17 years ago, wonder why I got this. The Keflex the doctor prescribed isn't working and the pain is pretty bad. What happens next?? There is not much info on this subject because most of it is regarding breast feeding moms only rather than pregnant moms. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
