HI I am feeling really under the weather sore breast and lower back part of my nipped has turned a darker colour and I feel really sick most time of the day or night have had small amount of cramping in lower and mid abdomen. I have the mirena in is there any chance you think I may be pregnant? Don't have money for a test for a week and a bit in new Zealand
