Does anyone know or have an idea of what implantation cramping feels like and where you feel them??

Mine felt exactly like period cramps but extremely watered down. That same day I got to pinpricks of blood and that was it period two days later I got my positive. In retrospect it felt exactly like my period was coming. If you think your having implantation cramping keep in mind that it would take several days for you to get a positive result. There's no point in running out to the store the same day for a test since it takes several days after implantation for HCG Production to even begin
